Wonderful!I am sure you will thoroughly enjoy it,there’s so much to see and do.The tour begins on the half-hour…so friend, ... you are right on time!

Here, take this lit lantern, 🪔 it gets dark terribly early in Winter.Pop this scarf and hat on, and here is a small flask of hot tea for your Winter wandering.Do keep an eye out for Mr. Wise Owl 🦉and Julie, our Founder and Minister of Blessingsyes, there are many good folk going about their day, or night at Rowanthwaite.Feel free to stop for a chat, or for a cup of tea at our Way Marker cottages, we love to talk to our visitors.Yes, there are two ways our visitors can explore Rowanthwaite …The first is, like you to walk the Pilgrim Path, our Rowanthwaite tour, that will take you to various interesting places we have to share.yes, you will follow the WAY MARKERS that guide you along the path.Everything circles back to Our Sacred Rowan Tree and the Sacred Well.🌿To begin the Pilgrimage today, and collect your passport, you will just need to report to the Village Hall to register your name.I imagine they will be expecting you!

The other way our visitors explore is to wander freely, exploring as they go.If folk are not joining the full Winter Pilgrimage today, they are free to wander at their leisure.They can lose themselves in the lanes and discover happy surprises at their own pace.Nothing is rushed here, so one may stumble across hidden nooks and crannies, and may well be gone for quite a time.

They can visit the Soul Bookshop, that’s on your Pilgrimage tour, or simply
find a quiet bench to sit and watch the Rowanthwaite world go by.Many like to stop, rest and light a candle in our Chapel.Now then, if you are ready to collect your passport?
